So Blessed

Dennis, Lauryn and Emily joined the Catholic faith this Easter season.

Ashley Papesh was Baptized on Friday.

Tommy had his First Holy Communion and Confirmation today.

I'm so bless to have been a part of these three wonderful events.

Dow Diamond Entertainment

This was our entertainment while waiting for the game to be canceled.

Saturday my sister Jody bought everyone in the family tickets to go and watch the Loons play ball. Well it rained all day and the game was canceled. We still had a great time. We were suppose to sit in one of the piers however they up graded our tickets to a suite. So we had a warm dry place to visit with the family. It is always just a great time when we get altogether.
By all I mean:
Jody, Harry, Audrey, Amanda, George, Addison, Jayden, Donna, Roy, Lil Roy, Megan, Amelia, Mom, Dad, Brian (My brother- in-law, Jan's X-husband), Tim (Friend), Dominik, Destiny, Mike, Taylor, Tiffany, Steven, Jessica, Leah (Friend) and myself. We were only missing Jan, Terry and Elden.

What a great gathering! Thank you Jody!!

Dawn Made Dinner!

Dawn can cook!!! Dawn made us chicken and Steak Fajitas. They were great and not one of us got sick. A BIG thank you for Dinner Dawn.

Well I really wanted to put this video up, so everyone could see how Tommy sings just like his mother. However the stinking sound was not on, so now you have to lip read. (nice!!)

That video is so Steve & Jess can see that there doggy is doing fine. Despite going through my door. She just wants that old dog to play with her, but Camille is not going to play with any puppy!

This has been a long weekend and I needed a pick me upper!!

My dog ate my money!
I lost my son's house key!
I killed our last fish! (So I thought!)

Let me start with the key. I'm watching my son Steve's dog, so I went and got her (the dog) from his house after work on Friday. While I was there I left something of mine in his house and needed to go back and get it. To my surprise I can't find the key. I left it on the bathroom sink, I know I did. (Does this sound familiar? Well I'm sure my damn dog didn't eat the key.) So after I looked for over an hour and I called my children several times asking if they moved it. Taylor comes home and says I think I took it, sure enough he has that stupid key!! I swear I lose my keys more then anyone, I know, I don't need any help from my kids!!

Now let my tell you my fish story. Tiffany has lost about 10 fish this year, they just keep dieing. So we have one left, a big beautiful shark. Well Friday night before we go to bed Tiff yells "Mom look at my shark!" It is floating upside down, but you could see that it was still alive. (Not for long!) So we call Mike and ask him what we should do. He says "Have a fish sandwich, or flush it!) So Tiffany and I decide that we will flush it, so it does not suffer any longer. You will not believe this, but it will not fit down the toilet!! I flushed twice and that thing was not going down. So now what?? I can't put it in the trash it's breathing!! I put it back in the tank and tell Tiff we will have a funeral in the morning and bury him!! Well I get up this morning and that fish is not dead. It is swimming around like nothing happened. (I do need professional help!) I go to the fish store and tell them what happened and they tell me, "Oh no, Sharks play dead when they are stressed." So sure enough my water is making him stressed. All I have to do is empty half the tank, put fresh water in, and it's good to go!

You all know about the poopy money and I don't think you need to hear more on that!

So needless to say I'm being pushed over the edge. I needed something to either push me over the edge or bring me back on solid ground, so I thought I would cut my hair off. Here are before and after pictures. I'm not sure if this helped or not I still have one more day left until the weekend is over!

Poop update

I do get depressed easily so the money missing was not a good day. Now that I have my friends suggesting that I handle the poop, I feel like I should not have let it go so easily.


So off I go to play in the poop!

CONFETTI

Well this is what I have been waiting for, for the last three days!

My dog finally took a dump!!

Yes, that is poop again. (I have noticed that I photograph poop a lot. I'll try and stop that soon!)

But any ways, Tuesday night after I got home from a 13 hour work day. I emptied my pants pockets and put the contents on the drier. (2 twenty dollar bills, 1 five dollar bill, several 1's, 1 Subway gift card and 1 petty cash receipt worth $39.67 from Walmart.)
When I woke up in the morning I found the subway card on the floor. I thought for a minute, thinking that maybe I put the money somewhere else. I just knew I had put it all on the drier. As soon as I picked up the card one of my dogs put her head down, like I was going to yell at her. I looked everywhere for the money and I could not find it.
My dog has been known to eat underwear so I knew she ate my money. All I could do is wait.

Today it happened, Camille pooped my money! Thought for sure it would come out whole but all I got was confetti.

What a bummer!!!
