This is a true story and this is all in the backyard of her home.
Real men catch and release........
For those who haven't heard the story. The deer must have wandered into the dog pen that doesn't get used much. The door was open, but he must have closed it behind himself and then was captive.
We don't know how long he was in there probably several hours. The pen was bent where he was jumping, trying to get out.
The resident hunter here, ran and got the camera and took the pictures and then released his catch....
What a guy. That's what the deer said as he ran along......
I just think that is so cool.

I think that is just perfect. Besides, people call it hunting. Shooting something that is caged, is not hunting. Feeding something so it lures the animals there, isn't hunting either in my opinion. Good to see you back on the blog world!!
Amy, I'm telling you we could make a movie out of all the off the wall stuff the happens.
Julie I agree with the caged and bait piles. If you need to kill something give it a fair chance.
Wow what a story! And very cool about him releasing the caged deer even though I have nothing opposed to hunting. People should hunt ethically. Btw, did you see the Sag. news article about the decoy deer to catch baiters? Too dang funny.
